This was the first project Studio Wolf Designs did. A semi-detached dwelling located in the community of Banff Trail in NW Calgary.

This client lost their home and their pets due to someone carelessly throwing a cigarette butt out a window. Studio Wolf was proud to help them rebuild their home with a brand new design that seamlessly blended home and business together.

This client asked Studio Wolf to improve on a design. Improvements included a new exterior design, new front patio area, a basement below the detached garage, and a new roof top deck.

This private residence has some unique features such as a rear attached garage and a private roof deck. The client also utilized different construction practices such as double stub walls which are not common in Alberta.
